• A deposit is required to secure the date for your event

  • The email contract must be returned to bookings@princessmenow.com within 7 days of placing your deposit

  • Deposits are non-refundable after contract has been executed

  • We accept credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal online when booking

  • Balances are paid in full on the date of service. For balances, we only accept credit or debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or cash

  • Gratuity or tax is not included in the prices listed

  • We are a service oriented business so if you're happy with us please feel free to tip :)

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, however, once you lock your dates you also lock your price

  • Cancellations made by party hosts have 48 hours prior to the event to cancel. Otherwise forfeiting the deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule one alternate date so please try and lock you dates before booking

  • Cancellations made by PMN due to unforeseen circumstances will be refunded 100% including deposit or arrangements for an alternate date can be made

  • Full service applications include: Hair styling, eye shadow, blush, face gem and lip gloss

  • All guests are asked to provide ANY and ALL allergy information before your event or day of service 

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of our products and services

  • No price corrections for no-show participants (ie: If you pay for 6 participants and only 4 show up, there will be no refunds or adjustments​)

  • During the event, your child may enter and exit the bus at their leisure

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents or damages that occur on the bus​

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items

  • Adult or parent supervision is welcomed

  • Photos and videos are encouraged!

  • Bus capacity is 10 kids and 2 adults maximum during the makeup sessions

  • Space is limited so we ask that all other invited guests wait outside the bus or coordinate with the party guests to stay within our max capacity​

  • No food or drinks are allowed on the bus (except candy we provide from our dispensers)

  • When we arrive at your location the bus is parked and stays parked until our services are done

  • We do not transport any person(s) while services are performed
